United Scrap Metal Traders were founded in 1987 and are a Queensland owned company employing 12 staff, with over 100 years combined experience in the industry.
The business has a fleet of crane trucks, Marrel trucks and excavators for handling scrap steel and other metals.
Our scrap metal business has grown from its own success. If you have any scrap metal you want to dispose of then contact us.
USMT offer a scrap metal collection service to domestic, commercial and construction customers across Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Redland, and Logan. We are equipped and happy to service both small domestic projects and large-scale commercial undertakings.
United Scrap Metal Traders welcome trade, industrial and commercial customers as well as members of the public . Our yard is centrally located next to the Gateway Bridge. We have safe on-site customer parking, electronic scales and all the facilities you will require.
Your safety is our concern so please wear closed in shoes and no children will be allowed on the work site. A safety vest and hard hat will be provided by USMT if necessary.

Virtually all metals, especially steel, copper, aluminium, brass, lead, stainless steel and batteries, are easily recyclable.
