That said, there are some exceptions, so if you have batteries that are severely damaged, cracked or leaking it is worth giving us a call before you make the trip to confirm we can accept them.
As a general safety precaution, please handle damaged or leaking batteries carefully and store them upright during transport to minimise the risk of acid spillage. We accommodate utes, trailers and small trucks and our staff are on hand to help with unloading. If you have a large quantity of industrial batteries or a particularly heavy load it is worth calling ahead so we can make sure we are set up to receive you efficiently.
